Are you an experienced Motor Factor professional looking for your next opportunity?
We’re exploring the opportunity to open a new branch in the Lincolnshire area, and we’re looking to hear from experienced motor trade professionals who could be interested in joining us as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager. At this stage, the branch location and opening date have not yet been confirmed. We’re currently testing the market and speaking with potential candidates to understand the level of interest and experience available within the area.
About the opportunity
As part of our planned expansion, we’re interested in hearing from people with experience in the motor factor, automotive parts or wider motor trade sector who have the skills and ambition to help establish and grow a new branch.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
· Motor factors / automotive parts
· Branch management or supervision
· Counter sales and customer service
· Parts identification and product knowledge
· Commercial account management
· Stock management and purchasing
· Team leadership and development
· Local customer & trade relationships
