Full Time Stores Person/Driver – North Walsham Branch

Full-Time, Alternate Saturday’s

We are looking for a full-time Stores Person for our North Walsham branch. This position also requires deliveries being made between other branches in the region, so you will need to have a full drivers licence with no more than 3 points on it.

Daily duties include:

•   Working closely with all members of staff within the branch ensuring orders are picked correctly, efficiently and accurately.
•   Loading and unloading of deliveries manually
•   Picking and sorting deliveries
•   Stock checking
•   Speaking with suppliers and also other branches over the phone regarding stock
•   Some driving duties so valid drivers licence required
•   Must be literate and numerate
•   Have some computer skills for use of computerised system (training will be given)
•   Previous experience within warehouse environment
•  Must be aged over 25 years due to our insurers requirements.
•  Full manual driving licence to have no more than 3 points on it
•  Previous delivery driving experience essential
•  Knowledge of car parts would be helpful but not essential
