We are looking for a full time Branch Operations Manager, for our busy Ipswich Branch.
You will be working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Branch.
Key responsibilities for this roll include overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff procedures are in place, optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, developing strategies, and guiding the team to achieve organisational goals.
Previous experience of this type of work and the automotive aftermarket a must. Managerial staff are an important part of the business. This is a skilled position requiring good knowledge of vehicles, vehicle parts and accessories, previous experience within the trade is important.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the motor trade spares industry essential
- Good communication skills/Excellent telephone manner
- Good all round knowledge of automotive parts, and suppliers
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn new systems and achieve targets on sales, driving licence essential, we seek and all rounder not afraid of getting on with the job
