BLOCK EXEMPTION REGULATIONS & HOW THEY AFFECT YOU

Maintain your vehcle with confidence! You can protect your vehicles warranty when the garage you use fits parts from suppliers whose products are either original equipment or matching quality & therefore satisfy theBER (Block Exemption Regulations)

What is Block Exemption Regulations (BER) & how does it affect me?

BER was introduced across the EU in 2003 to ensure consumers are free to choose where they have their vehicles maintained, without jeopardising manufacturers warranties.

BER require that original equipment or parts of matching quality are fitted by the repairer following the manufacturers service schedule. Off course it also means you pay less on an hourly rate here than if your vehicle was serviced or repaired at a franchised garage. Some matching quality parts are actually better than the original equipment fitted by the manufacturer & will actually improve your cars performance!

We supply garages with parts from these suppliers...

Now you understand BER you can rest assured that you are in great hands!
